Charles Andrew Williams (Santee High School shooting, 2001) – opened fire at Santana High School, killing two students and wounding 13 others on March 6, 2001. Having been bullied at school and sexually abused, Williams, 15, suffered from depression and thoughts of suicide before committing the violent attacks in Santee, California, an inland suburb of San Diego. It’s unclear if the teen was taking taking any prescription medication.
